All - I am extremely proud of everyone. Remember the first 3-4 weeks are the toughest, you will be going through detoxing the body, and it will fight back to get you to eat the crap again. Maintain what you are doing, and tell yourself to just get to one month in, once you do that the path will get easier each day. How is each person feeling otherwise?

DeleteFeeling good so far. Biggest difference for me has been my afternoons. Just changing what I have been eating in the mornings and lunch has really increased my energy in the afternoons. My usually 2pm desk coma has not been happening.
ReplyDeleteThe cravings were bad this week but I know it'll just get easier. Feeling great and feeling confident and excited for the things to come this year :-) We have a great group here!
ReplyDeleteFeeling pretty good, Definitely have been having cravings from time to time. Even when I know I have my meals prepared at home, it seems so easy to stop and get something else which I won't have to cook. However I have been good at stopping myself and even made it through the first week without a cheat meal at all.
