Woke up today no problem. Didn't want to get out of bed, despite feeling well rested.
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1/8 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Strawberries
- Grilled Chicken
- Romaine Lettuce Salad
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/8 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 90/10 Ground beef with Cajun Spices
- Roman lettuce Salad
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Good day today. Food was good. Enjoyed having the rest day from CrossFit. Sleep by 10:30 again tonight.
Dan diet looks great but you are going to need more food then that. Can you get in another meal and maybe another snack or 2?
ReplyDeleteI could try to get some more food in, I'm really not hungry during the day though. I eat whenever I'm hungry so not really sure if I should be adding more and forcing myself to eat. When I met with Jamie she told me not to worry about measuring anything but most of my meals include about 8-10 oz of meat 2-3 cups of veggies and then some fat.
ReplyDeleteI think you will notice that your metabolism will kick into "high" gear if you added a little more food. Everyone is different but when I eat every 2.5-3hrs my metabolism is flying. And I'm starving when I comes time to eat...no forcing myself to eat. Just something to keep in mind in the short term but again diet looks great.
