Day 4

6:30 - Wake up
    Woke up today no problem. Didn't want to get out of bed, despite feeling well rested.
7:15 - Breakfast
  • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1/8 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberries
12:10 - Lunch
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Romaine Lettuce Salad
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2:50
  • 1/8 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
7:15
  • 90/10 Ground beef with Cajun Spices
  • Roman lettuce Salad
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


Good day today. Food was good. Enjoyed having the rest day from CrossFit. Sleep by 10:30 again tonight.

  1. Dan diet looks great but you are going to need more food then that. Can you get in another meal and maybe another snack or 2?

  2. I could try to get some more food in, I'm really not hungry during the day though. I eat whenever I'm hungry so not really sure if I should be adding more and forcing myself to eat. When I met with Jamie she told me not to worry about measuring anything but most of my meals include about 8-10 oz of meat 2-3 cups of veggies and then some fat.

  3. I think you will notice that your metabolism will kick into "high" gear if you added a little more food. Everyone is different but when I eat every 2.5-3hrs my metabolism is flying. And I'm starving when I comes time to eat...no forcing myself to eat. Just something to keep in mind in the short term but again diet looks great.
