Day #2

7 hours of sleep today, good energy levels, & minimal stress

Breakfast
1 bowl of "cereal" (sunflower seeds, almonds, cashews, raisins) w/ almond milk

Snack
1 Chobani Greek yogurt (lemon)

2 cups of coffee w/ 1/2 cup almond milk

Lunch 1 small pork tenderloin
Broccoli
Kidney beans

Snack
1/2 cup squash & onion soup

Snack
1 bowl of "cereal" (see above)

Dinner
Pork chop
Cabbage & broccoli

Water: 96 oz

I did an hour of kickboxing and kettle bell workouts today.
