2 cups mixed fresh fruit
Chicken & white bean soup
2 pieces of pork
Carrots & hummus
Salad with 3 chicken tenders, shrimp, almonds, black eyed peas, cucs, & toms
Rest day! Zombie 5k tmrw! Mmm yum brains.
