Spinach & kielbasa soup
Cobb salad with turkey, bacon, artichoke hearts, and egg
Apple & almond butter
Legumes stew (something at the Whole Foods buffet)
1 chicken breast
WOD 12.4 - 150 wall balls & 50 DUs
