Day 39

Feeling good peeps...feeling good!  I think I finally settled in to my new reconstructed Paleo diet.  It's pretty much second nature now.  I still have a few cheats, they keep me sane.  Remember that!  Training was pretty fun today.  I did a warm up variation of the games WOD this morning and I think I learned alot.  Most notably 165 over head snatch is heavy as shit!  If my technique was better I'd be able to fly through these but not right now.  I'm taking 2 rest days and getting after the Games WOD on Sunday morning.  Already selling my mind on the theory of "mind over matter".  Can't wait!

Games practice WOD:
5 minute row warm up
Round 1 & 2: Snatch @ 75 x 6
                                 @ 135 x 6
                                 @ 165 x 6
Round 3: Snatch @ 75 x 15
                          @ 135 x 15

Breakfast: 1 black coffee, 1 tall water, 2 boneless pork chops w/1 serving of broccoli
Lunch 1: 8oz of Tilapia w/1 serving of sauteed summer squash and broccoli
Snack 1: 2 stick of celery and a piece of cucumber, 1 vitacoco
Lunch 2: 1 serving of ground turkey meat sauce w/1 serving of green beans
Snack 2: 1 serving of raw almonds, 1 green tea
Dinner 1: Baby spinach salad with chicken tenderloins, red bell pepper, cucumber w/balsamic vinegar
Snack 3: 1 avocado
Dinner 2:  8oz of Tilapia w/1 serving of broccoli
Then probably some other snack and maybe more fish not sure.

  1. Yeaaaaah buddy! Happy to hear about your successful diet change. Don't know how you can stand all that fish! props to you on that
