Went to bed around 10:30pm woke up at 6:45am- woke up a couple of times but fell back asleep. Felt SO MUCH BETTER after sleeping more these past couple of nights.
8:45am- 3 oz tuna, 2 C frozen spinach, 1 tsp fish oil
12:45pm- 3 oz ground turkey breast, 1/2C crushed tomato, 1 C zucchini, celery, onion, carrot, 1 oz dark meat chicken, 1 oz avocado, 1 C homemade veg soup
3:30pm WOD- HOLY CRAP! I think I felt some puke in my throat during this one. It has been a while since I felt like that! I wanted to practice snatching but there were just too many people there.
6:45pm- roasted chicken (probably like 8 oz), mushroom, zucchini, collard greens, cabbage, onion
Should have proabably eaten more today, but was busy and not that hungry I think because I overate the past 2 days.
Sleeping makes such a big difference in my mood and motivation. When I am sleep deprived I eat more, and I really don't care.
Agree..sleep makes a huge difference for me too. Btw, keep me posted on how your visit with Dr. Jaime goes. I need to go back soon too.
