Went to bed at 11:30pm, woke up at 5am- slipping into bad habit of going to bed too late!
WOD- deloading this week, supposed to "take it easy"

B. Strict Chin Ups AMRAP x3: 5.5.5
C. Rope Slam 15 sec x 5
Practiced kicking up to the wall, I can kick up from standing now where before I used to have to start with my hands on the ground- BIG accomplishment.
7:30am- 3 eggs, celery, tons of spinach and broccoli, 1 TBSP olive oil
12:40pm- 3.5 oz wild caught salmon, 2.5 oz turkey breast, tons of broccoli and romaine lettuce, 1 TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
