Ugh, this not working out thing is really killing me. All I can do is sit around and watch tv and when I do that...all I want to do is snack. You would think that the thought "hey you cant workout, you should be careful of what you're eating" would go through my head. However, its been more of "eh, fuck it...you can't workout, might as well eat every f*cking thing in sight"
The foot is starting to feel a tiny bit better. I can walk on it in the mornings but after about an hour it is killing me again. That's an improvement from it starting to hurt after 10 minutes. Hoping to be more mobile by next week.
No better time to practice with a shake weight
