Slept pretty well- around 7 hours solid.
7:40am- 1 oz ground turkey, 1 tsp fish oil (PRE WOD)
11:45: 3 oz turkey, salad with 1 tsp fish oil, organic raw apple cider vin
3:45pm (STARVING): 3 oz turkey breast (off bird), 1 C spaghetti squash, 1 C cooked collard greens, cauliflower, tomato, 1 tsp fish oil
5:45pm- 2 chicken drumsticks, raw asparagus spears, 2 stalks raw celery coffee with 1 TBSP heavy cream
7pm (not hungry but didn't eat enough)- salmon (unmeasured) , cooked broccoli, raw asparagus, 24 raw almonds

A. 30 CTB pull ups... every time you come off the bar do 1 HSPU to
1 abmat- I used 2 abmats PU were 15/7/8 couldn't get my chest to touch
but close! Had to do HSPU twice- can't believe I can do them even with 2
ABMATS- YAY!!!!

20 hang power cleans @ 85# did sets of 3/3/5/5/4- or something like that
100 double unders first 50 were unbroken. Biggest problem is controlling my breathing20 db snatches @ 35# *alternating arms- good, pretty comfortable with these, again problem was breathing
100 meter yoke carry @ 200# on top- subbed 100m walk with 95# barbell- did this in one shot, no stopping
20 burpees- kept moving but slow
100 double unders- breathing again, but DU are my favorite!
17:39- Looking at this on paper I was TERRIFIED. I thought it was going to take me an hour. LOVED THIS WOD!!!
